Lasec Responds to Omicron Variant Testing Needs
SARS-COV-2 Master Assay detects E gene, N gene and RdRP/ S gene. This includes three mutations that are associated with the Omicron variant on the SARS-COV-2 S Gene.
The Allplex™ SARS-CoV-2 Master Assay is a COVID-19 multiplex real-time PCR assay that screens for three target genes (E gene, N gene and RdRP/ S gene) all in one tube. This assay also screens for three S gene variants i.e. N501Y0, HV69/70 del and P681H, that are associated with the Omicron variant.
Allplexâ„¢ SARS-CoV-2 Master Assay allows checking both SARS-CoV-2 and Omicron at once.
