Coolvacuum, established in 2008, initially specialised in the maintenance and upgrades of existing freeze-drying equipment throughout Spain. By 2012, with its acquired technological expertise, the company expanded its scope to manufacture freeze-drying equipment, offering tailor-made solutions that met the rigorous quality standards of the pharmaceutical industry.

In 2020, Coolvacuum joined the Dara Pharma Group. Dara became a global manufacturer capable of providing turn-key solutions for freeze-dried injectable drugs. Today, the company caters to the pharmaceutical, chemical, nutritional, and cosmetic sectors, along with laboratories and R&D centres.
