The PowderThief is a trusted, high-performance powder sampling tool that has been refined over more than 30 years and is now widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries around the world. Designed for sampling free-flowing powders and granules, this robust and chemically resistant sampler is manufactured from 316L polished stainless steel, making it ideal for use in GMP-compliant and hygienic environments.

The PowderThief is compatible with a range of interchangeable tips, allowing for flexible sampling volumes (typically 0.25 ml to 2 ml) using a single body. For larger volume sampling (up to 100 ml), other PowderThief models are available.

How It Works

Insert the sampler into the material with the tip enclosed inside the body.
At the desired sampling depth, pull up the body to expose the tip, allowing powder to flow into the chamber.
Push the body down to close the sampler and trap the powder.
Withdraw the sampler from the product.
Pull up the body again to release the sample into a container.

Note: Tips are sold separately. A range of tip sizes is available to suit specific sampling volume requirements.
