Product Overview
The Iqon PCR Ladder is a ready-to-use double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) marker with loading dye and designed for estimating fragment sizes between 100 bp and 3000 bp on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It is compatible with all common electrophoresis systems, including TBE, TAE, SB, and LB.
The 700 bp band is of enhanced intensity for quick and reliable visual reference during electrophoresis.
Storage & Stability
- Room Temperature: Stable for at least 6 months from shipment
- Refrigerated at 4°C: Stable for 12 months
- Frozen at –20°C: Suitable for long-term storage (up to 3 years)
- Avoid Repeated Freeze-Thaw Cycles: Aliquot if necessary
