The Iqon Low DNA Ladder is a ready-to-use double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) marker with loading dye designed for estimating fragment sizes between 100 bp and 1000 bp on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It is compatible with all common electrophoresis systems, including TBE, TAE, SB, and LB.
The 500 bp band is provided with higher intensity to serve as a convenient reference point for quick gel analysis.
