Product Overview
The SCAT Disc Sensor for fill level monitoring is designed to detect liquid levels through container walls without direct contact with the contents. It is suitable for use with glass or plastic containers and is commonly used in laboratory environments, particularly in connection with HPLC systems.
The sensor attaches externally at the required height using the included Velcro tape. Once the defined fill level is reached, the unit provides both visual and audible alerts. This version is configured to trigger an alarm at the full state. An alternative configuration for empty-level detection is also available.
Function and Application
Overfill Protection
Monitoring collection containers during use is critical to preventing leaks, spills, and interruptions.
