The HX5.EX-1.4.600.C6 is an advanced platform weighing scale designed for use in hazardous areas, compliant with the ATEX directive for environments where explosive gases or dust may be present. It combines a robust four-load cell construction with the high-performance PUE HX5.EX-1 weighing terminal, offering safety, precision, and adaptability for industrial processes.
The platform is engineered for high-capacity weighing applications, with a maximum load of 600 kg and a readability of 200 g. The use of four C6-class strain gauge load cells ensures accurate weight distribution and reliable measurement, even under challenging conditions.
The integrated PUE HX5.EX-1 terminal provides a 5” colour LCD display, housed in a stainless steel IP66/IP68 enclosure, and offers intuitive user interaction via a membrane keypad. Certified for ATEX Zones 1/21 and 2/22, the terminal includes intrinsically safe communication interfaces (2 × RS232 and 1 × RS485) and supports extended connectivity through the IM01.EX communication module, which can be installed outside the hazardous zone.
This model is suitable for industrial environments where large or heavy items are weighed, including chemical processing, paint production, and flammable material storage facilities.
