Product Overview
The CISA BA200N is a compact, lightweight electromagnetic sieve shaker for granulometric analysis using sieves from Ø 60, 75, 100, 150, 200, and 203 mm. It covers a sieving range of 20 µm to 125 mm and supports both dry and wet testing on the same unit.
Particle motion is three-dimensional, combining vertical displacement with rotation across the sieve surface. The shaker incorporates continuous and discontinuous sieving modes, with a discontinuous interval of 10 seconds. A built-in system automatically adjusts vibration based on the number of sieves loaded, complementing the manual digital control of amplitude and sieving time. All four control parameters, amplitude, time, number of sieves, and intermittence, are accessible via a single command with an LCD screen displaying all active settings during operation.
Sieves are secured using the Cisa-press 2 quick-release clamping system. A visual amplitude indicator is located at the base of the sieve stack.
