Product Overview

  • The CISA 450 mm Ø x 100 mm H test sieve is designed for particle-size testing and coarse-particle separation. The AISI-316 stainless steel frame provides a screening surface of 1 520 cm² — 27% larger than the 400 mm model, making it suitable for applications requiring high sample throughput or analysis of larger aggregates. Two configurations are available: wire mesh (450.1) conforming to ISO 3310.1, ASTM E-11, and NF X11-504, covering 20 µm to 125 mm; and perforated plate with square and round holes (450.2) conforming to ISO 3310.2 and ASTM E-323. For fine mesh openings below 100 µm, reinforcement mesh placement is available as an option. Each sieve carries individual laser-engraved identification and is supplied with a certificate of attestation per 2.1 EN 10204.
