The new generation of the Ultracool line was developed with a focus on energy efficiency for a temperature range of -10 to 35 °C. These devices can significantly reduce operating costs. Under specific operating conditions, they can reduce energy costs by up to 50 percent, with payback periods of under a year.
Thanks to an innovative operating concept, these circulation chillers can be remotely monitored and controlled either through a connected remote control or the integrated web server, facilitating convenient operation via mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones. When connected to the internet, relevant data can be optionally stored in the LAUDA Cloud.
These updated chillers provide significantly better performance. The increased temperature stability of ± 0.5 K improves the process reliability of the chilled system. The expanded temperature range is suitable for a wide array of applications. Even under challenging conditions, including ambient temperatures as low as -15 °C, the Ultracool devices operate reliably and safely.
The IP 54 protection class enables outdoor installation. The standard fan control allows for operation in ambient temperatures down to -15 °C, minimizing noise disturbance. LAUDA has been able to reduce the footprint even further compared to comparable previous models. Their design comes with a standard Ethernet interface and can be adapted to any customer-specific requirement thanks to numerous options, including speed-controlled pumps and flow meters.
