MagCore® EDA system is a new-generation instrument for nucleic acid extraction and PCR setup pre-treatment.MagCore® EDA can process up to 48 samples and has a built-in spectrophotometer, which makes it a complete solution to increase laboratory efficiency and simplify the workflow. Users can benefit from automatic purification, OD value retrieval, high NA concentration in the final elute, and compatibility with LIMS. Using MagCore extraction kits,MagCore® EDA offers consistent, reliable DNA or RNA extraction in 30–120 minutes, depending on the sample type.

  • Worldwide Patented Magnetic Beads: With RBC patented magnetic bead technology, cellulose coating particles give high binding capacity and the best purity of nucleic acid.
  • Ideal for DNA/RNA Extraction: Built-in protocols are created for various sample types, including whole blood, viral nucleic acid, tissue, plants, cultured cells, etc.
  • UV Decontamination: The equipped UV lamp prevents the risk of cross-contamination, improving user safety and product quality.
  • HEPA Decontamination: A HEPA system is installed in the PCR set-up zone to eliminate contamination and ensure the purity of the samples.
  • Automatic Barcode Scanning: Barcode reading of the primary tube simplifies the tracking of the samples and ensures traceability.
  • Throughput up to 48 samples: From cartridge piercing to final elute, all steps are performed by the instrument, which allows running 1-48 samples. The instrument processes samples in batches of 24 at a time and has a run setting for 24 or 48 samples to be processed at once for time-saving and flexible performance.​
  • Smart PCR setup: After the pre-mix buffer configuration is set, the instrument automatically calculates the required volumes of the primers and performs liquid-level detection. A pre-run report is generated to avoid errors and ensure optimal performance.
