BactiscanPRO™

The BactiscanPRO™ is a user-friendly handheld system designed for the detection of bacteria and biofilm. It utilises proprietary wave-alternating UV light technology to identify surface contamination, making it especially valuable as a preliminary step before ATP swab testing in production facilities. Its lightweight and intuitive design allows a single operator to examine large areas rapidly, requiring minimal training. Furthermore, the BactiscanPRO™ is environmentally friendly and safe for both people and products since it operates without the use of chemicals to produce results. The device meets GMP and CIP standards, boasting an IP65 rating, and has been drop test certified up to 1.5 meters.

BactiscanPRO™ utilises still photography and video capture functionalities to record instances of surface contamination. These files are uploaded to an internal quality system and can be used as the foundation for a documented corrective action. The device is equipped with an AKASO V50 camera that offers 4K/30fps video and 20MP image capabilities, ensuring detailed audit records.
