The ATP 1000 is an automatic tissue processor specifically designed to cater to histology and research laboratories. Built by Histo-Line Laboratories, this instrument combines user-friendly operation with the highest levels of safety and reliability. All controls are easily accessible and located at the front of the instrument, which features a colour touchscreen integrated into the control panel.
Through the control panel, you have the capability to view and modify various operating parameters, including processing programs and the temperature of the paraffin door compartment. Additionally, the panel enables daily and weekly scheduling for turning the system on and off. Temperature adjustments are executed through an electronic thermostat equipped with a microprocessor. Operators have the flexibility to configure a range of programs, varying in terms of both duration and temperature.
The ATP1000 features 14 stations, including 10 designated for reagents and 4 for paraffin wax. The processor has the capability to simultaneously process 150 samples, divided between two baskets, each containing 75 samples. To prevent evaporation, all reagent and paraffin containers are securely sealed with a Plexiglas cover.
The instrument is equipped with an active carbon filter, enabling safe operation outside of a fume hood while mitigating odors and air contamination. Programmable for either immediate or delayed start, the machine offers a time range setting from 1 minute up to 99 hours and 59 minutes. Users can configure up to six different programs.
