DISTRIWEL 440 is an automatic Petri dish filling and stacking machine that allows you to prepare up to 440 plates (15 ml) within 30 minutes. It features the Masterflex™ Peristaltic Pump, which dispenses media precisely and uniformly across the plates. Additionally, the integrated water cart ensures that the plates are of consistently high quality. A built-in Peltier cooler works to prevent condensation and accelerate the solidification of the medium, ensuring its consistently high quality. The peristaltic pump and the loading system are located at the front of the device for easy, ergonomic access. The DISTRIWEL 440 is further equipped with a Plexiglas protective cover and a UV lamp to minimize the risk of contamination during the filling process. The machine's design includes a compact base, a detachable carousel, and a removable transfer plate, all of which simplify the handling and cleaning processes. For enhanced traceability, the DISTRIWEL 440 can be connected to a Linx 10 Continuous Inkjet Printer. This printer is capable of marking each Petri dish with two lines of text, thereby facilitating easy identification and tracking.
