The GR Series Intelligent Autoclaves offer a comprehensive solution for sterilisation needs. This system features a sizable, heavy-gauge sterilisation chamber, satisfying a range of sterilisation requirements. Its microcomputer control system provides precise oversight throughout the sterilisation process, ensuring both accuracy and ease of maintenance. Notably, the autoclave includes a waste sterilisation mode tailored for lab wastes and adheres to the CE standard for drying. A straightforward control panel simplifies operation, and safety is enhanced with a unique mechanical interlocking system. The GR Series combines functionality with user-centered design to meet diverse sterilisation demands.
Heavy-Gauge Sterilisation Chamber
The sterilisation chamber has a diameter of 40cm, providing capacity suitable for various sterilisation tasks.
Microcomputer Control System
This system uses a microcomputer control mechanism to manage the sterilisation process. It also supports maintenance, inquiry, calibration, recording, and scalability features. The autoclave accommodates three tiers of administration for efficient use and management.
Waste Sterilisation Mode
The autoclave is equipped with protocols specifically for sterilising laboratory waste.
Drying
The drying function complies with the CE standard.
Cooling Lock OPEN Temperature
Users have the option to set different cooling lock OPEN temperatures for each sterilisation process. This is to account for the thermal inertia of items being sterilised, preventing premature opening of the lid, especially with liquids that may still be at high temperatures.

The control panel is designed for clarity and ease of operation.
Preset Procedures and Memory System
Six preset procedures are available for various sterilization and warming tasks, including the treatment of solids and liquids and the handling of agars. The system also allows for the creation and storage of up to 60 custom cycles.
Safety
The autoclave features a mechanical interlocking system with an "eight-column evenly distributed" design. Additionally, electric double inner locks are in place, with the control system monitoring the temperature and pressure within the sterilisation chamber. The chamber can only be unlocked when safe temperature and pressure levels are detected.
